Who we are
DinkedIn (dinkedin.club) is run by Val Bonite, an individual based in Cebu City, Philippines (the same person behind vlbonite.co). In these terms "we" and "us" mean Val Bonite, and "you" means the person using DinkedIn. Questions: hi@vlbonite.co.
By using DinkedIn you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
Using DinkedIn
- Browsing courts is open to everyone. Groups, games, scores, your booking log and your profile need a free account.
- You must be 18 or older to make an account, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- One account per person. Keep your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- It's free. If we ever charge for something, we'll say so before you pay, and nothing you use today will start costing money without your say.
Be decent
- Only post photos you took or may share, and of people who are fine with it.
- No harassment, hate, spam or anything illegal in names, notes, captions or photos.
- Enter real scores. Ratings only mean something if everyone does.
- Don't try to break, overload or scrape DinkedIn, get around its limits, or sign in as someone else.
- Group owners and organizers can remove posts and members in their group. We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Courts, bookings and games
- Court details, prices and hours come from players and public pages. They can be out of date. Check with the venue before you go.
- We don't take bookings or payments. A booking is between you and the venue; your booking log in DinkedIn is only your own note of it.
- "Popular with DinkedIn players" means people here play there, never that a court is free.
- You play at your own risk. Warm up, hydrate, and mind the kitchen.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You let us show it to the people it's meant for (your group, or everyone for court photos and edits) and keep it running the app. Photos you post in a group belong to that group's history: they stay if you leave or delete your account, unless you delete them first.
Our content
The DinkedIn name, logo, the crew characters, the app's design and text belong to Val Bonite unless they say otherwise. Court details are there for you to use to find and book a game, not to copy into another app or site.
Ratings, levels and the crew
Ratings and the DinkedIn level are worked out from games entered in the app. They are for fun and for finding good games, not an official ranking. The crew (Dink and friends) say things now and then; some of their lines are written with an AI service and can be wrong.
Leaving
You can export your data and delete your account any time in Me › Settings. See the Privacy page for what that removes.
The fine print
- DinkedIn is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct but can't promise it always will be.
- As far as the law allows, Val Bonite isn't liable for losses from using the app, court information being wrong, or games you play, including indirect losses such as a missed booking or a wasted trip.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be signed away.
- We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
- These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you use DinkedIn as a consumer elsewhere, you also keep the protections your own country's law gives you.
